Payment methods

Bank-transfer payment process for B2B customers, including international VAT handling.

Payment methods and order process

Dear partners,

Thank you for your interest in our products. As a specialised B2B wholesaler, our goal is to provide you not only with high-quality products but also with a transparent and reliable purchase process. Given the dynamics of our business, please read the information about the payment and order confirmation process carefully.

Available payment method: bank transfer (SEPA)

The currently available payment method is bank transfer against a proforma invoice. You can pay through online banking, at a bank counter, or via your business bank account.

Payment details

  • Beneficiary: DELACCO d.o.o.
  • Bank: ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK D.D., Rijeka, Croatia
  • IBAN: HR2924020061101064160
  • SWIFT/BIC: ESBCHR22
  • Reference number: use the proforma invoice number you received from our sales team.

Important: order confirmation and payment process

Our online catalogue lets you create an order in a few clicks; however, due to the complexity of our supply chain, every web order is treated as a request for a binding quotation. Please do not transfer payment immediately upon receiving the automatic web order confirmation.

To guarantee absolute accuracy of availability, lead time, and final price, we apply the following process:

Step 1: You place an order through the catalogue.

Treat this as a detailed enquiry to our sales team.

Step 2: Our team performs a detailed review.

This is the key step where we secure all information you need. The review includes:

  • Product availability: stock levels change constantly because items are sold simultaneously from our location in Jastrebarsko (Croatia) and through the online channel. We confirm whether the item is available in our warehouse, in one of our local or EU partner warehouses, or whether it has to be made to order.
  • Exact lead time: depending on the supply source, lead times can vary significantly:
    • Local stock (HR): approximately 1 working day
    • EU partner stock: 3–7 working days
    • Make-to-order production: 3–18 weeks
  • Final freight cost: freight prices — especially for oversized goods and overseas container shipments — can fluctuate. We always look for the best balance of price and reliability at the time of your order.
  • FX impact: for imports from third countries, prices may also depend on the current exchange rate.

Step 3: We send you an official quotation (proforma invoice).

After the detailed review our sales team will contact you and send the proforma with all confirmed details: final product price, freight cost, confirmed lead time, and payment information.

Step 4: You make the payment based on the official quotation.

Only after receiving and confirming the proforma should you transfer the payment to the bank account above.

Key payment notes

  • Payment from a business account: please pay proformas issued to a legal entity exclusively from that company’s business bank account. For accounting compliance, we cannot accept payments from private accounts for B2B orders.
  • Delivery after payment is visible: goods are dispatched or prepared for collection only after your payment is visible on our bank account. Please note that interbank transfers can take 1–2 working days.

EU intra-community customers (VAT exemption)

For business customers (companies and sole traders) from other EU member states with valid VAT registration in their country, we offer the option of buying without Croatian VAT.

  • Requirement: please provide a valid VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) number for verification. The country prefix must be combined with the VAT number.
  • Legal basis: such a delivery qualifies as an intra-community supply of goods and is exempt from Croatian VAT under Article 41(1) of the Croatian VAT Act.
  • Procedure: after we verify your VIES number, we will issue the proforma invoice without Croatian VAT.

Coming soon: additional payment methods

We continuously work on improving our service. We plan to roll out additional, faster payment methods on this platform, including:

  • Card payments (debit and credit cards)
  • Revolut Pay

Until then, thank you for your understanding and cooperation with the process described above, which allows us to fulfil every order accurately and to mutual satisfaction.
