How to order
Ordering on the Delacco store is designed to be simple, intuitive, and secure. In just a few steps you can find and order the professional industrial equipment you need. Follow our guide and learn how to complete a purchase quickly and efficiently — from product search to checkout.
Buying guide in 4 simple steps
We have divided the ordering process into four logical steps so you can find your way easily.
Step 1: Find the product you need
You can find the desired product in two ways:
- Use the search bar: at the top of the page there is a search bar. Type the product name, SKU, or a relevant keyword (e.g. “electric chain hoist”, “jib crane”) and press Enter.
- Browse categories: in the main menu, choose a product category that interests you (e.g. Jib cranes, Gantry cranes, Chain hoists). Inside each category you can use filters (price, capacity, manufacturer) to narrow the choice.
Step 2: Add the product to your cart
When you find the product you want to buy, click on it to open the product detail page. There you can review technical specifications, the description, availability, and price.
Pick the quantity you need and click Add to cart. The product is added to your virtual cart. After adding, you can keep browsing or move on to the next step.
You can review your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Step 3: Review the cart and enter your details
When you finish selecting products, click the cart icon and then Checkout.
On the checkout page you can review every line item and quantity once more, then enter your shipping and payment information:
- Customer information: fill in your personal or company details. If you are signed in, this information is filled in automatically.
- Shipping address: enter the exact address where the goods should be delivered.
- Payment method: choose one of the available payment methods (currently bank transfer against a proforma invoice).
Step 4: Confirm and place the order
Once you have entered all the required information and chosen a payment method, please read and accept our Terms and conditions. Finally, click Place order.
You will receive an email confirmation with all the order details. Our team will process your order as quickly as possible.
Volume discounts and project quotations
At Delacco we value larger orders and long-term cooperation. If you plan to equip an entire warehouse, purchase several machines, or have specific project requirements, our team is at your disposal.
For larger volumes or higher-value orders we offer a tailored quotation with an additional discount. Please contact us by email or phone so we can prepare an offer adapted to your needs.
