How to register

Registering on the Delacco store is fast, simple, and secure. As a registered user you gain access to a number of benefits that make purchasing easier and more efficient. Create your account in just a few steps and take advantage of everything we have prepared for you.

Step-by-step guide

Follow the simple instructions below to successfully create your account.

Step 1: Open the registration form

In the top-right corner of the site click the user icon or the Sign in / Register link. A page will open where you can choose to create a new account.

Step 2: Fill in the registration form

You will need to enter your basic details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

  • Email address: enter a valid email address that you will use to sign in and receive order notifications.
  • Password: create a secure password. We recommend a combination of upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Company details (for business users): if you register as a legal entity, please complete the company fields, including company name, address, and VAT ID. This allows us to issue B2B invoices and process your orders faster.

Step 3: Confirm and finish registration

After you have completed the required fields, please read our Terms and conditions and tick the box to confirm acceptance. To finish, click Register.

We will send a confirmation message to your email address. Open the email and click the link to activate your account. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check the spam/junk folder.

What if I haven’t received the confirmation email?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If the email does not arrive within 15 minutes, try signing in with the credentials you entered. If the system reports that the account is not yet activated, please contact us.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in page click Forgot your password? and follow the instructions to set a new one.

Can I change my details after registration?

Yes, you can easily update all of your details in the My account section after signing in.
